Terms of use for 1st International Marriage Network WebSite services

Subscription, Membership, Fees

You may use the Service for free. As a Member, you are allowed to take part in all of the features and services available within the Service, but you won't be allowed to open letters that you receive from other members. In order to open the received letters you need purchase credits at current prices. Our female members are exempted from fees.

Terms

Your membership in the WebSite service is for your personal use only. You may not authorize other individuals to use your membership instead of you. Also you may not transfer your account to any other person or entity. This Agreement remains in full force during your using the Website. It's only you who decides to end up your membership at any time, for any reason. If you terminate your membership, all the unused credits will be refunded to you. We reserve the right to terminate your membership; we will send you a notification to the email address, specified in your membership application, or to other email address you deem necessary to provide us. All the solutions concerning the termination of accounts we make in our sole discretion. We are not obliged to tell you the reason of your account's termination. Upon terminating of your Membership or Subscription the Agreement will remain in effect.

Non-commercial Use only

The Website may not be used for any commercial endeavors. The Website is for the personal use of individuals, who are the Website Members. As for the various organizations, companies, and businesses they're prohibited from entering the Website Agreement and become its Members; they should not use the Website Service for any of their purposes. You can use the Website with our permission, and we may revoke this permission at any time in our sole discretion. In case of resorting to unauthorized and/or illegal using of the Website, including collecting of usernames and/or email addresses of the Website Members for the purpose of sending unsolicited email may be probed, and in case of violations we will have to take the appropriate legal action.

Account Safety

It's only you, who bear responsibility for the confidentiality of your account's username and password that you assign when taking the registration process, and you incur liability for all activities that occur under your username and password. By entering this Agreement you're under obligation to inform us about any breach of security including unauthorized use of your password or username. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. If you share this sort of information with any third party, you bear responsibility for all actions taken with your login information and password.

You may not post on the Website or transmit to other Members any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that violates any other party's rights. You're not allowed to provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to the Website or to any Website Member. You're obliged to immediately notify us, if the information provided to us, or to any of the Website Members subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false.

By signing the Agreement you agree that we may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles which in our sole judgment violate this Agreement or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the Website Members. You agree to use the Website Service in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You're not allowed to add your personal contact information (such as telephone numbers, street and email addresses, last names or URLs) to your Member profile. You're allowed to exchange personal contact information only through us. By posting any sort of Content to any public area of the Website you automatically grant and warrant that you have the right to grant to us, our affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide licensed to use, copy, perform, display, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute such content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You agree to grant us the right to post your profile on all of our websites run either by us, or our affiliates or partners. You may not use the Website Service or its Members to sell any products or services and/or transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. We reserve the right to restrict the number of messages, which a Website Member may send to other Members within 24-hour period, to a number appropriate in our sole discretion in order to protect our Members from advertising or solicitation.

Blocking of IP Addresses

If there's something which is a threat to the integrity of the Service we reserve the right in our sole discretion to block Members from certain IP addresses from accessing the Website.
